Dyson Airwrap Multi Styler for Bouncy, Long Lasting Curls

A Reluctant Convert to this Exceptional Tool!

I am thrilled with this purchase and this amazing styling tool! I have been so skeptical about this and discouraged by the price since you can buy a new Dyson vacuum for the same price! I really wasn't sure this would be the best investment for me since I usually just air dry my long, wavy hair. However, the problem I was having was that I would airdry my hair, and it looked great the first day, mostly okay the next day, and then after that, it was pretty shapeless and tended to get pretty tangly and I ended up just putting it up to get it out of the way. The Airwrap seems to smooth my hair, and leaves it feeling soft, touchable, and (almost) best of all, there is no burning smell, which I would get from the the hot irons, even on a lower temperature. I was influenced to buy it after two close friends recommended it.

How I Used the Airwrap to get Bouncy Curls

I have used the Airwrap three times so far using the 1.6 inch curling barrel. and each time the style has lasted at minimum of 5 days and has felt soft and touchable. How I used it is I dried it about 80-85% with the Coanda dryer attachment, then sectioned hair and used the larger curling barrel to finish drying and styling. It took about 55 minutes total the first time I used it and then about 40 minutes the last time from towel dried to finished styling, which is way less than if I had to blowdry completely, then style with an iron or wand. I got bouncy, voluminous curls and I'm really looking forward to trying the other attachments. As a note, Dyson recommends the cold shot to "set" curls, but I didn't notice that making a difference for me, and was just an extra step that I decided to cut out to make it simpler and a little faster. This method gave me big, bouncy, Hollywood curls/waves. Honestly, the only "con" I can think of at this time is that I don't know if you can get the more modern beachy waves look where you leave the ends out of your wand or curling iron. I'll update if I try that out and have any luck.

Limited Edition Ceramic Pop Shade & Attachments

It comes with a total of 6 styling attachments and a storage case (which is pretty big, but super cute). It has a nice long cord that doesn't seem to get tangled up or twisted. The ability to save time, get longer lasting style with a temperature and technology that is healthier for hair is a huge plus for me and for anyone who is struggling with damage.

Special Offers - Get the Best Deal (for you)!

Overall, I am really impressed with this tool, and I wanted to post this on Black Friday (November 2023) in case you want to pick it up because it is currently on sale at Dyson.com* for $120 off, as well as at Ulta* and Sephora* ($100 off). There are a few color options besides the Ceramic Pop if there's a color you prefer. Also, if you are ordering online, don't forget to check for any bonus gifts and shop with Rakuten - (use my referral link if you are not signed up for Rakuten and you and I both get $40 cash back when you make a purchase within 90 days.) I used to be skeptical about Rakuten but it's legitimate cash back and easy to set up and use. Rakuten is currently providing 8% cash back at Sephora and 12% cash back at Ulta, which is amazing!

Let me know if you are planning to purchase this, or if you have it, and share any styling tips you've discovered! I'll be sharing some videos on my social media channels soon!
