I spent more time on my brows today for this week’s challenge. Usually I jut swipe a few strokes of a pencil. A comments by another poster in Sephora's Beauty Insider Community (BIC) got me thinking - she said her brows take the longest in her routine. So I thought it’d be a good focus for the weekly challenge.
Anyway, I first went in with concealer above and below my brows (I never usually do that step). Then, I brushed them up with a spoolie and tweezed a few strays. I sharpened my pencil Gucci Long Wearing Eyebrow Pencil 02 Blond* with the Anastasia sharpener and carefully added strokes to both brows along the length of each brow. I did a little more drawing above my natural brow, which I don’t usually do. Then, I brushed through again with the spoolie.
So, nothing fancy, but they definitely were more defined and carefully done and I was happy with how they turned out! My brows are not very even and can end up looking a little wonky. However, as many wise individuals have said - your eyebrows are not meant to be twins, more like sisters, or even cousins. You don't have to match them to each other if they have shapes that don't match, though you (or your brow stylist professional) can make slight adjustments with tweezing, waxing, threading or shaping.
